Serenity Resolutions LLC provides timeshare resolution services designed to assist you in terminating your timeshare ownership. Our services are subject to the following:​

• Representation: We act on your behalf in negotiations with timeshare companies and other entities.

• Documentation: We provide assistance in preparing and submitting necessary documents for your timeshare exit.
   

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Payment
Our services require payment, which will be detailed in your service agreement. Payment terms include:

• Fees: Service fees will be outlined in your contract and are due as specified.

 
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your timeshare. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
 
Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, you acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data.
 
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos on our website are the property of Serenity Resolutions or its licensors. You are not permitted to use these without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenity Resolutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of our services.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
